As Rutgers University is observing Disability Awareness Month this October, the Libraries would like to highlight research by Rutgers faculty that intersects with disability. These scholars are investigating the ways that people with disabilities are marginalized or supported in fields such as employment, health care, education, psychology, and social work.
On this page, you will find links to scholarship by Rutgers faculty members that explicitly addresses disability submitted for the Celebration of Scholarship. While this page highlights the research of many scholars on the field of disability studies, we should also note that scholars with disabilities are active in research in all academic fields.
